The first year of our institute’s operation coincided with the completion of an important project: the translation of Albena Azmanova’s work Capitalism on the Edge. How we can achieve radical change by fighting precariousness without a crisis or a utopia.

In November the book was launched in the presence of Albena Azmanova. Eniko Vincze, Doru Pop, Paul Gabriel Sandu and the translators discussed the book. The discussion was moderated by Vasile Ernu.

On 9 November, Professor Dumitru Borțun was kind enough to organise a debate in the course on Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility that he teaches at the Faculty of Management of the National School of Political and Administrative Sciences, to which he invited Camelia Crișan, Paul Gabriel Sandu and the co-translator of the paper, Maria Cernat.
